Very good Service from start to finish of my eye test - clear information given for each step. Staff really helpful, especially from Arika who was very courteous and friendly.

I've been delighted with the friendly and efficient service, since I changed from Specsavers a couple of years ago.

Had a eye test there a few weeks ago and would not recommend going back . From the moment i entered there was no wecomle or hello , just a rude /abrupt "what do you want " by the staff member behind the front desk . I felt like the whole "eye test" was just a ruse for the staff to try and push more products/sales . The female staff member i had was dismissive of my needs / preferences , she was unprofessional as checking her phone while "seeing to customer" on multiple occasions. She was constantly cutting me off mid conversation and then having a attitude towards me when I didn't jump at the sales pitches she kept trying to push onto me . Will not be returning even if my eye site goes detrimental in the meantime I would rather get a guide dog than be returning to that "opticians" more like a used car sales firm ! And not to mention the foul odour coming from either the store itself or the staff need hygiene training.

Horrible staff, treat you like your a burden, all walk around like the world owes them a favour. Claire in particular, very unpleasant - how shes still employed with the company is mind boggling.
