  Collecting a perception for myself of antibiotics. I have a running fever can barely keep my eyes open from the pain. Was left sat in the waiting area for nearly 40 mins. Others have come and gone but I’m ignored. Appalling

  I use the Tesco Warndon pharmacy in Worcester regularly, and I have to say all the staff are fantastic. Louise, in particular, is always so friendly and helpful, and she even remembers my name. Thank you to everyone there for your continued hard work and great service.

  Went in to get my blood pressure checked for my contraceptive pill. I called beforehand to ensure the pharmacist was available and they said yes that’s fine. When I arrived i asked the pharmacist and she replied with ‘not today no I’ve got to much to do’ as if I was some sort of inconvenience as a patient I feel deeply disrespected and will not be using their service again

  After my last visit here, I was left disgusted. A young man, young enough to be my Son spoke to me like rubbish & very sarcastic.Then a more senior man got involved, I would say the younger man has had training from the senior one...just as rude. They could both do with going on a training course to learn how to speak to customers. Let's put it this way, that was my last visit there....Shocking!!
