  After my last visit here, I was left disgusted. A young man, young enough to be my Son spoke to me like rubbish & very sarcastic.Then a more senior man got involved, I would say the younger man has had training from the senior one...just as rude. They could both do with going on a training course to learn how to speak to customers. Let's put it this way, that was my last visit there....Shocking!!

  I visited on 28th June and spoke to the staff at 0955 about products and if they had anything for blocked ear. First lady response was cant sell anything which I completely understood as I was only asking for information. Then another lady came over must say had much better attitude than first lady and said they do have products for blocked ear with that I waited in queue only for the first woman to come till and tell me that for swim ear only boots sell the product I needed sad thing is she was standing there when I told second lady that I had been swimming at david Lloyds so first lady could had told me then yet she let me wait 10mins in queue knowingly that I had go too boots if that's acceptable to tesco think its time we use other respectful brand shopping outlets.

  Never met such a rude set of people, the young lad has a very big attitude problem and avoids answering any questions. They won’t refresh the system to pull prescriptions down. If I could give minus starts I would. This is the 4th time now this has happened. There so poor and under trained and terrible manors. Really not hard to smile and customer service

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews (my profile is almost entirely 5-star), but this experience was extremely frustrating to witness. Also be aware that this was after my sister was just discharged from hospital from a tonsillectomy, she could barely speak, and had to go to a pharmacy as the hospital could not prescribe the required drugs due to the current doctors strike. My sister attended with a prescription for 2 items and asked to collect 1, as she already had 1 at home, so explained she wanted to collect that later. The staff member said she needed to check, then came back and said this couldn’t be done, it all had to be collected now. My sister then agreed to take everything, but after initially giving a price for this, the same staff member returned again, and said it was too late, kept saying “you said you didn’t want it” (that’s not what was said) and involved the manager/pharmacist. We were then told by the manager/pharmacist that the medication could not be supplied and advised to contact 111 or go back to hospital instead, as it would be fraud if they gave it. The communication was inconsistent and the attitude towards my sister became increasingly condescending, with them repeatedly suggesting she should have already known the rules. (I did say that perhaps in future they should explain the rules at the start, not at the end - we are not medical professionals!) She left without this medication and has had to go back to her GP to resolve it and get a new prescription. A completely avoidable situation and a waste of time for everyone involved. I’ve since found out that this medication (tranexamic acid) can be supplied by a pharmacist without a prescription where appropriate, which makes the lack of support shown here even more frustrating, as just further proves that they chose to be unhelpful.
