- SKSarah KimbreyAug 8, 20262.0The gym has gone massively downhill and isnt worth getting memberships for families or children. - The changing rooms do not have aircon making it very uncomfortable in the summer. Despite complaints the problem is still not fixed. There is no point in showering as you get sweaty whilst getting dressed. - The Spa is small you'd be lucky to get a seat but besides that the chlorine is so strong it burns your eyes. - Kids clubs are impossible to get in to leaving the only option for kids activities in a family club to be a broken small park outside supported by rattan chairs and a small, old softplay. - The club overall looks dated and hasnt had the upgrade despite membership prices continuing to go up year on year. Besides this there are some great key members of staff mainly in the resturant, creche and the swimming instructors, especially Emma. It is a shame to leave but since joining and fees going up the membership prices no longer represents the facilities available.
