However, recent experiences over past months suggest they are no longer a caring outfit focussed on customers needs and care. I can only hint that this is likely connected with the incumbent manager at the Worcester branch. There are alternatives out there providing better service and aftercare, so don’t be seduced by their technology claims alone.
