Really pleased with the service I received today at Redditch Tesco pharmacy 19/10/26. At the counter the young lady was very quick and efficient with the que, whilst still remaining friendly and professional. I needed a consultation with the pharmacist due to having an infection. Roxy (the pharmacist) went above and beyond to get me anti biotics to cure my infection, she could see I was in a bit of pain, she was so friendly and nothing seemed too much! I didn’t feel rushed like you do at the gp! Even managed do get a chat in about where we grew up in Birmingham! I will definitely be using this service again! Thank you to the staff 😊

Went to buy Covid tests. Didn’t realise until I got home that they had actually given my influenza tests. I should have checked they were correct at the time but would assume a competent pharmacist would give the correct tests. Hopefully it won’t be a life changing mistake Tesco pharmacy

Every time the service is terrible at the pharmacy counter. The counter is clearly understaffed, and the staff that are there hide around the corner ignoring queuing customers, it then takes them ages to dispense medicines.
