  Been coming to Wyre Forest for a few years now, equipment is great in the gym. Variety of classes here is ace. Spin classes with Tracey and Sarah are brilliant, but challenging at the same time! Made some wonderful friends here, members are so welcoming to newbies. Cafe is a great asset to the place, special shout out to Emma on the desk, always chatty and helpful. Sarah Davies in the offices is always happy to help sort any problems and memberships, making houning/switching that much easier, thanks Sarah!

  Came as a referral from my doctors as part of my physio my appointment was at 4pm and I was waiting for over half an hour to be totally ignored , I did arrive half an hour early but to wait half an hour after my appointment was meant to be and to then be told the lady I was meeting did come down but again didnt try to find me. I was polite to tell the staff I wasn't going to wait any longer and I didn't even get an apology

  Avoid like the plague!! Where to start? Everywhere is dirty, (poolside is disgraceful - I wouldn’t let my kids go near!) toilets upstairs never have any toilet roll(?!) Food in the cafeteria is overpriced cr*p! I gave one star for the poor girls on the desk who are lovely and always try their best to help whilst the managers walk around like they are gods gift…

  Can never get on equipment or book onto classes. Over subscribed for the size of the gym. Also pretty dirty and don't treat their staff well.

  been a member for nearly two years but won't be renewing next year . the first year was ok but sauna and steam room seamed to brake a lot and the manager was never available to speak to I asked 3 times that year and never managed to talk to him . second year has got worse changing rooms smell most visits I think this is because the life guards and general staff now have to clean . I asked today to speak to manager or duty manager about sauna always cold at 3 pm and fobbed off by staff . this has been going on for about a month now . as a fully paying member I expect better . they say a fish rots from the head down I blame the head of the organisation for poor leadership . im done with this and be back at David Lloyds .
