There was a great aqua class but men perving on it. Many facilities were not working properly. Bathrooms were dirty or out of use.

I have been a member for around 2 months now, it has been a positive experience so far, I really like the environment on the gym floor and love the sauna and pool facilities they have to offer. Also been utilising the adults lounge as of recently to catch up on some work! great working environment.

⭐ 1 STAR — BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU CLICK Extremely disappointed with my experience with David Lloyd Bromsgrove. A friend sent me a request to join her membership, which I accepted. I am now being told that by accepting that request I somehow entered into a separate 3-month contract, and David Lloyd is attempting to pursue me for over £550 through debt collectors. At no point do I recall being shown a membership price, monthly cost, total contract value or payment plan before accepting the request. I certainly did not knowingly agree to take out a 3-month membership costing hundreds of pounds. I have repeatedly asked David Lloyd to provide the evidence showing exactly what I supposedly agreed to the contract, the pricing presented to me, the terms I accepted, when and how I accepted them, and evidence of the information provided regarding my 14-day cancellation rights. Despite asking multiple times, I have still not been provided with satisfactory evidence of any of this. I never signed a contract. I never set up a Direct Debit. I never knowingly selected a membership plan. I never saw pricing showing that I was committing myself to £550+. Yet rather than simply providing the evidence and resolving the dispute, I am receiving debt collection letters and threats of further action. I find the approach intimidating and completely unacceptable. If David Lloyd believes I entered into a legally binding £550+ contract, then provide the evidence showing exactly what was presented to me and what I agreed to. It really should be that simple. Until they do that, I completely dispute this alleged debt. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone receiving a David Lloyd invitation or membership request from a friend to be extremely careful about accepting it.
