- JFJ FijiAug 4, 20261.0If I could give half a star I would happily do so. I am a regular swimmer at LVLC but today's experience I put it down to lack of communication and disorganised center. At the start of swimming session I asked your lifeguard if there was a basic life support training, I was then told no it is AI life support dummy been tested. By this time it was time to get in the pool and was told couple more mins for medium lane, okay I then get into slow lane. By this time I could get back in the medium lane but after few mins was asked to come out of the medium lane for 10mins as more testing was required. By this time as you can imagine the disruption and I was very getting annoyed and didn't want to continue anymore. If only your reception staff would have communicated of what was going on. Secondly the changing rooms were so so filthy and smelling of wee. Ummmm your charges have gone up to £7.05/hour session to what, to experience filthy chagring rooms and smell the wee. What a disgrace! You need to employ more staff to keep the changing area clean. I will not be recommending anyone to join LVLC until the level of service is improved. Thank you!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the prices are great too. We’re really impressed and will definitely be coming back!
