  My kids do swimming lessons here. My son's teacher, Glenda, is superb - she has a very patient, engaging style of coaching, is brilliant at explaining technique and my son loves swimming since he joined her classes.

  It's a nice pool. I'm not overly impressed with the COVID restrictions still in place in swimming pools. On top making everyone get out 4 minutes early. It might sound a bit Scrooge McDuck but if you restrict us to an hour for the same price as you would charge for all day, then I want my full hour.

  I’m very disappointed by the misleading information provided online. Before travelling to the centre, I specifically checked the website to confirm the time and availability of the Family Fun Swimming session. The session was clearly shown as scheduled, so I made the journey based on this information. However, when I arrived and checked with reception, I was told that the session was not taking place. This was extremely frustrating and a waste of time, especially as I had taken the time to check the information online beforehand. Please ensure that your online timetable is kept accurate and updated to prevent other customers from experiencing the same issue. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why the session was still advertised online when it was not actually taking place.
