  i previously had my eyes tested else where and the glasses received were not adequate, unable to use. so i went to visions express, fatima was absolutely amazing, so friendly and professional, helping me throughout the process and explained everything. really happy.

  Brought in my own frames, to have lenses fitted (eye test done at vision express) I was shown 3 or 4 different price categories on a chart, and opted for the most popular one, which was the most expensive option. I had to pay for the new lenses before they would be ready. The total price was significantly higher than I had been shown on the chart, £70 more to be specific. I asked why, and the girl gave me a mumbled answer that it was a cost for the glass itself (!!), £35 per eye! I thought that was odd, but paid the full amount. Today I picked up the ready glasses, another girl assisted me. I had thought about the extra money I had paid, and asked this other girl, what the £70 was for, according to the receipt it was a “service” fee of something. SHE then told me it was because I had brought in my own frames! No one informed me about this when I came in with their prescription for new lenses! And when I asked the first time about the £70 extra, the girl at V E told me something else. I was in desperate need of new glasses today, and couldn’t leave without them I e refuse to accept them, but I feel utterly fooled or even ripped off. I will upon return of my travels get in contact with the management

  My experience at Vision Express was very positive, the Opometrist Sukhjit Brar was super fantastic and professional,and also Catarina Henriques the staff member was attentive,helpful and professional I definitely recommend the service.
