The young lad who talked me through my purchase explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. I felt really happy spending nearly 1k in store that day as I felt completely supported with what I was looking for. I can not wait to pick up my glasses and sunglasses :) Thank you Team Vision Express Wolverhampton and especially to the lovely young man who looked after us!

Purchased my Meta RayBan glasses, got all the information, a heads up on all offers available, my eyes were re-tested to ensure accuracy and comfort. The turnaround time was fantastic and throughout the whole process, Adam, Karen & Carly couldn't have been more helpful. There were technical issues outside of their control but they handled everything perfectly, kept me informed and despite being busy, I at no point felt rushed. Couldn't recommended this store more based on the staff working there. Thank you.
