I’d like to share my recent experience with the outstanding customer service I received at Vision Express in the Swansea branch. Both Abida and Tom truly went above and beyond. Abida was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to help me choose the perfect pairs of reading and distance glasses from a wide range of options, and she even found me a fantastic price. Tom, the young gentleman who assisted me, was equally professional, consistently polite, and always had a smile. Overall, I’d rate their customer service as a full five stars. Finally we need to recruit more people like Abida,Tom 👍

The optician and the two ladies who supported me for the pre-tests and for choosing glasses were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much for them, they explained everything in detail and I wasn't left with unanswered questions. I had high pressure in my eyes but I was completely reassured about it, and they re-did the steps explaining what would happen if they continued to be high. This is my second year with vision express and I would never return to my previous opticians. It really is gold star service.

I had a satisfactory experience during my recent visit to the optician. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was seen promptly, and the eye examination was carried out thoroughly. The optician explained everything clearly and answered my questions patiently. The premises were clean and well-organised, and I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would consider returning for future eye care.

We brought our 2 year old daughter to be seen as on Holiday and her eye became slightly red. We were told we should of been seen in boots by Anthony who looked at us very judgemental because he knew we were not there to spend lots of money. We were told to sit and wait with a distressed 2 year old while they took money spending clients in. When asking politely how long we were told by Anthony they have actual customers to see first so he didn't know. We decided to leave as they obviously were not interested in their duty of care here. Do better! We after visited superdrug who could not be any kinder or more helpful.
