I went to a different Vision Express a few years ago and I was made to feel like a process and not a customer. The quadrant branch genuinely care, they listen to any eye niggles and look into them rather than dismiss as 'you just need to get used to the glasses'. Thank you for the great experience and helping my daughter to understand the importance of wearing her glasses.
