  Appt. Booked for 9am. A new starter opened store 8.55. The Opticians and a couple of cronies strolled in between 910-9.15. I was first in and appt not started until 9.25. Machine not working for peripheral view, was asked to wait but had to get back to work. There’s a lady working there who has been there for years with new staff. You could cut the atmosphere with a knife. Spoke down to the lovely lady who has worked there for a long time. Had to go back next day for test I had no time to do and order new glasses. Optician was there also and was so miserable, no greeting, no smile and was giving daggers to lady who’s been there for ages. Think it’s the time to change opticians.

  Great reception, attentive eye test and everything explained well. Debbrah was very helpful with advice in choosing my glasses and information relating to the plan. Thank you
