Booked for a same day appointment through the website. Turned up in store. We don’t have your booking. Showed the booking. That’s for next weekend. You’re the third customer today who got it wrong. Surely if that many customers are getting g it wrong I.e. thinking they are booking for one date, and being booked for a completely different day, then surely there’s a problem with the booking system. Maybe if your staff were a bit more understanding and didn’t simply tell the customers that they are wrong then you’d end up with your own stores instead of needing to rent space for other retailers. You lost over £1000 with this interaction in you Llansamlet store today. Plus we won’t be back.
