I have been using Vision Express lenses for over 10 years, but my recent experience was a massive rollercoaster. I reused my own existing frames for a new varifocal prescription for the first time. Unfortunately, the staff forgot to physically measure the frame against my eyes when I ordered. Because of this skipped step, the lenses were misaligned. For six weeks, I suffered from severe vertigo, blurriness, tired eyes, and constant tearing hoping my eyes would gradually adopt. When I went back to complain, they recheck my eyes, and finally took the proper measurements against the frame. To their credit, they handled my complaint brilliantly, corrected the issue immediately, and generously ensured me to receive with a superior, incredibly clear lens design as a goodwill gesture. I am seeing absolutely clearly now, and the vertigo is completely gone. Advice to other customers: If you are reusing your old frames, DO NOT let the staff skip measuring the alignment against your eyes! I hold no grudges because the staff corrected the mistake perfectly, but the initial six weeks of suffering could have been avoided with proper training.

I only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen and was given a prescription for the medication I needed. Very happy with the treatment and speed at which I was seen. Thank you

I was seen almost straight away once I arrived. Both staff and optician were friendly and professional.
