- BWBarbara Williams4 days ago5.0What a lovely optometrist - she was very good at explaining everything. The man who processed the glasses I chose 2 days later was also very pleasant and helpful.
- MWMark WallisSep 14, 20265.0The staff were very friendly and helpful and although I was early for my appointment there was no waiting I was dealt with straight away the staff were very nice and courteous

- EDEmma DuncanSep 2, 20261.0Appalling phone etiquette. Unresponsive and unhelpful upon answering. Representative suggesting going elsewhere as I wasnt an existing customer. The purpose of the call was for a medical emergency not a routine visit or prescription related issue. I had to hangup the call due to the insensitive nature of the representative, poor attitude and unwillingness to help.
- EVElizabeth Villarosa-MartinAug 21, 20264.0Great resolution, but watch out if reusing your own frames! I have been using Vision Express lenses for over 10 years, but my recent experience was a massive rollercoaster. I reused my own existing frames for a new varifocal prescription for the first time. Unfortunately, the staff forgot to physically measure the frame against my eyes when I ordered. Because of this skipped step, the lenses were misaligned. For six weeks, I suffered from severe vertigo, blurriness, tired eyes, and constant tearing hoping my eyes would gradually adopt. When I went back to complain, they recheck my eyes, and finally took the proper measurements against the frame. To their credit, they handled my complaint brilliantly, corrected the issue immediately, and generously ensured me to receive with a superior, incredibly clear lens design as a goodwill gesture. I am seeing absolutely clearly now, and the vertigo is completely gone. Advice to other customers: If you are reusing your old frames, DO NOT let the staff skip measuring the alignment against your eyes! I hold no grudges because the staff corrected the mistake perfectly, but the initial six weeks of suffering could have been avoided with proper training.
