Completely and utterly incompetent, incredibly rude, obnoxious and make any simple request into a saga that lasts a lot longer than it needs to. Never seen staff this bad in my whole life, I've noticed a high turnover here and they just get replaced with people equally as rude/ unable to do their job roles, it's bizarre. Moved to a new pharmacy obviously like everyone else has had to. Pharmacists also try to go against advice of medically trained staff also; diagnosing you with random things and I've had to advocate for them to simply dispense as per the script handed to them - it's really frightening. Best thing I can say is that they're slow moving so you have to account at least 30 minutes for that if you're lucky. Bunch of clowns in there

Terrible pharmacy, slowest in bridgend, half the staff should be a resident in a care home rather than serving the public, they are only missing zimmer frames walking around behind the counter, I’m sure the community aid bus drops them off there in the morning.

Really helpful staff, always under pressure. Some customers would struggle to one star!
