  Absolutely excellent service from Bridgend tesco pharmacy this morning (6/7/24) - could not have worked harder to get me the emergency medication required. Thank you so much to the pharmacist and the team.

  I asked for a specific brand of tablet which they had along with another brand that is ineffective. The member of staff said they both work the same so I explained different manufacturers work differently and again asked for the brand that I know works. She said okay. Collected 30mins later but stupidly forgot to check the bag. When I got home I found they’d given me the ineffective ones. I tried calling the pharmacy direct, call wouldn’t even connect through. I called the store and selected the pharmacy option but it just cut me off. No matter what option I tried, I just got cut off. Why have numbers if they don’t even go through. Why ask for a specific item when they just ignore your request. Angry does not describe how I feel!!!!

  Poor service, prescription not ready at time give for collection, When ready items missing and only given an IOU in the bag with no contact details or any indication of when these medication may be ready. Not told about this at the time of collection and left to find out on arriving home.
