- MVMavis VJul 30, 20261.0my contact lense appointment was scheduled for 5.05, i am still waiting here its been 20mins no communication from staff about wait times. looks overall understaffed and huge wait time with no concern for my time. ive been told to wait in the corridor with no other communication even though its way past my appointment time. i switched from specsavers to vision express due to specsavers being incompetent and messing my lenses up. From this experience looks like vision express wont be easier. might as well just find a different Opticians for this. update : staff had no clue about my appointment seemed lost as i overheard them saying why is there two people waiting here to another member of staff. The appointment was finalized so i hope this doesnt happen again
