  Holly very rude and abrupt. Please learn some manners and customer service on how to speak to people with manners and respect . Especially to those who are unwell and need medication. Last thing we need is someone speaking to us rudely

  Guy called Tahmed in pharmacy told someone asking what medicines I bought and he told them. No confidentiality or privacy. I'm a 30 year old woman. It was someone abusive in my family that asked. And it caused massive problems.

  I had a very traumatic experience at this Tesco Pharmacy. During a consultation with the female pharmacist, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. When discussing my symptoms, I explained that I had been suffering from a cough, which had been one of my main symptoms. However, because I had not coughed during the brief consultation, I felt that my description of my symptoms was dismissed rather than listened to. Throughout the interaction, I found the pharmacist’s manner to be rude and passive-aggressive, which left me feeling belittled and uncomfortable. I came to the pharmacy looking for advice and support while I was unwell, but I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the way I was treated.
