  I had a very traumatic experience at this Tesco Pharmacy. During a consultation with the female pharmacist, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. When discussing my symptoms, I explained that I had been suffering from a cough, which had been one of my main symptoms. However, because I had not coughed during the brief consultation, I felt that my description of my symptoms was dismissed rather than listened to. Throughout the interaction, I found the pharmacist’s manner to be rude and passive-aggressive, which left me feeling belittled and uncomfortable. I came to the pharmacy looking for advice and support while I was unwell, but I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the way I was treated.

  Wait half an hour in queue. To be told prescription not ready, and to come back in half an hour. 5 days not enough notice to get it ready. So another half hour wait. Only rated upto a 1 star as the good news was it's hot outside, and the queue is by the fridges.

  I get my prescription sent to the pharmacy in this case Tesco's Brownhills. (Incidentally they're not worth even one star) I encountered a member of staff who work in the pharmacy, she was quite clearly on her private mobile phone texting, I waited and waited in the end I walked away and complained to a member of staff about this woman. Before I complained Tesco's sent me a text when my prescription was ready. After my complaint, this service mysteriously disappeared. Now I have to ring Tesco’s corporate phone system which goes on press 1, to speak to somebody about frozen food, press 2 to speak to somebody about bananas. at the very end you get to the pharmacy and then they tell you the opening hours and after all that you get to speak to someone. it’s just a waste of bloody time! now I go to the Co-operative pharmacy who I can just ring up and ask whether my prescription is ready. And the staff in the Co-operative pharmacy are much nicer.
