He spent so much time helping me with my choices and making sure that I was happy. He also gave me his professional and knowledgeable advice on what I needed and what was best for me. Though, only was given 2. Would have expected 5. Opticians was late due to train issues, but was friendly once in the appt. She was clear in her instructions and advice. Waiting to see if they managed to change branches. Overall pleased so far.
- MAM AOct 11, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience with Vision Express at Trinity Walk, Wakefield. Four members of my family have visited on four separate occasions, and unfortunately, we have experienced consistently poor, rude and unprofessional service. In particular, our experience with Graham has been very disappointing. He needs to demonstrate more patience, listen to customers properly and communicate respectfully without becoming agitated or making sarcastic remarks. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or belittled when simply seeking assistance. Given the repeated nature of these experiences, I am beginning to question whether there may be an element of racial bias in the way we have been treated. This is a serious concern and one that should not be dismissed. We have been loyal customers for years and genuinely miss the previous team, who were always lovely, welcoming and professional. The contrast in service is stark. Based on our repeated experiences, I would not recommend this branch. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and address the standard of customer service.
