We were there to try the Nuance Glasses. He managed to see us for the hearing appointment and was able to rearrange a sight test for Dad on the same day!Dad and I went for a coffee and returned an hour later for his sight test. He wasn’t due a test but felt that the previous prescription wasn’t quite right (from a different optician) Amanda did the sight test and was really thorough, his prescription was quite different . We then sat with Sally who did levels and talked us through some different options. The whole process could’ve been quite stressful for dad who scarcely leaves his house. He felt well looked after at all parts of the process. Vision Express were the ones advertising on tv about the nuance glasses which had caught my dad’s attention. The service he received was excellent. I have aldi decided to use vision express in the future, down to our experience.
