- NYneil youngOct 15, 20261.0Not sure what to do next about this. Just visited to ask about a repair to the arm of my glasses, bought here about 12 months ago IRO £350.00. Wasn’t looking for a freebie or anything I would consider unusual. Lady looked at the glasses. Frames by Range Rover and just said we don’t sell these anymore we can’t do anything. I asked if she could advise anywhere else etc. She seemed completely disinterested. Walked away scratching my head thinking, well that was annoying and anything but helpful. Doesn’t seem necessary to have to buy new glasses, new lenses etc just for minor damage to the arm. Certainly won’t be buying them here if I do. Anyone with any idea more positive than the response from vision express Trowbridge would be very appreciated
- KNKogie NaidooSep 26, 20264.0The Optician was very knowledgeable The staff though are not consistently helpful and friendly. This could be due to short staffing
- KKathleen ŸSep 23, 20261.0Rude, under qualified ( you didn't ask many questions or look at records of eye tests) they aren't working in harrods so why show that attitude towards customers ? It's tesco not even a proper store ! You are providing a heath service in a way as well so your customer service should be way better. Awful
