  Always have to deal with the surly staff and the very poor service..... Was told the prescription will be 30 minutes only to find 30 minutes later that the pharmacist have gone to lunch and he was going to be an hour and 30 minutes.... To avoid at all costs would be my advice

  Told to take a seat and wait for prescription to be checked. After 20 minutes or more was asked what I was waiting for to be told Pharmacist had gone to a meeting and would be at least a 30 minute wait.

  I booked an appointment with the pharmacist after developing symptoms of cystitis, including blood in my urine. I was told my symptoms didn't meet the criteria for antibiotics and was sent away with the advice that it would clear up on its own. I was also told that notes from the consultation would be sent to my GP. The following day, my symptoms had worsened and I had no choice but to see my doctor. My GP was surprised that I had been sent away without being prescribed antibiotics or even being asked to provide a urine sample.

  Have always been treated well by the ladies in the pharmacy when collecting my script but lead time seems to increase and when you can't reorder from the doctors until a specific date you now have to allow x number of days before tesco can supply.I tried to get hold of them today by phone which when eventually got hold of someone it was you should come in not phone no apology for not having medication ready.They seem to be getting worse.

  I had to contact 111 on a Sunday by the time I had a call back from out of hours dr Tesco pharmacy was closed. I went to.the pharmacy Monday morning 4th in queue. Got to 2nd in queue with a female waiting behind me who.had moved forward gradually on the right towards the counter. The pharmacist came out and said can I help you and she said she had an appointment with her so pharmacist took her straight in. I was then asked if by another person behind the counter can I help you. Gave my name and first she couldn't see my medication then she found it and said pharmacist would have to sign it off but she had just gone in with a lady for an appointment I said well that lady just pushed in. She said she will only be 5 to 10 minutes. When you don't feel well and if the pharmacist had served me I would have got my antibiotics and on my way to get the 1st one in me. Pharmacist was more like 15 minutes then lady came out and she called a lady in sat on a chair for her appointment. Time she came out there was another 10 minutes gone by and another person waiting for appointment. Pharmacist came out and I had to more or less beg for her to sign my tablets out. She did do it but when it was passed to me no apology no nothing just a bag passed to me. Won't use them again. At least in Boots if it's going to be a half hour wait they tell you upfront.
