After an eye test at Vision Express Tesco, I was told I needed 2 pairs of glasses one for reading and the other for distance.2 pairs of spectacles. I have no need for the distance pair I have excellent distance sight. The receptionist is adamant saying if not now sometime in the future I will need them. No mistake was made. I will no longer use that optician money wasted.

I Told the lady I was disabled on chemotherapy and monthly infusions but was still lectured for the 3 times I'd cancelled due to being admitted to hospital. Ive had appointments cancelled from their branch in Amesbury due to no optician but i didnt complain..Also they forget the years you have spent money in all their branches over the years. Whomever I spoke to definitely didn't have a heart, or good customer service today. Please talk to people with some compassion. I only leave house mainly for hospital or Dr's or anything health wise. Otherwise I'm in my bedroom. Sorry for complaining I've never done this before but was crying and so upset after the call. I felt I had to say something.
