- CCChrisJun 7, 20265.0Outstanding. After being let down and very disappointed with another well known retailer I went back to vision express. From literally the moment I walked in I was listened to, had frames chosen that matched my needs and then fitted for varifocals. The price was comparable to the other well know brand however the quality, attention to detail and customer service was way beyond what I have received anywhere. Very happy indeed. Won’t go anywhere else now.

He was attentive, very detailed in explaining all offers available and gave excellent customer service . I think his name was Neil 🤔. Thank you I will not be going anywhere else in future other than vision express leigh
