  I have swapped from Specsavers to this branch for almost 6 years now and each experience has been above and beyond. I started with myself, now my daughter and husband also come here. Sim, Alison, Maggie and Faith have consistently gone above and beyond to help my daughter and myself through difficult periods adjusting with our eyes. Their customer service is unparalleled. I wont change because of the impeccable customer service at this branch!

  I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye tests! The team at Vision Express in Newbury are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and really take the time to make sure the advice and recommendations are tailored to you. From helping you choose the right frames to explaining the best lens options, nothing ever feels rushed or pushy. A special thank you to Sim, Claire and Victoria who are always fantastic — such a lovely team and a genuinely great experience every time.

  I’ve had my sight test here twice now, and both experiences have been great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole process felt really comfortable. A special mention to Sim, who was incredibly professional, explained everything clearly, and handled my request SOO efficiently. I really appreciated the time she took to go through all the details with me! I would also like to mention the optometrist Asim, who carried out my eye test. He was just as helpful and amazing! Definitely recommend!

  I chose Vision Express Newbury after receiving 2 separate recommendations. The difference in service was immediately obvious and it was the best experience I have received at an opticians. Every aspect of my appointment was delivered in a friendly and efficient way and every person that looked after me seemed to genuinely care. Each stage of my appointment was clearly explained and an efficient handover between team members meant that everyone understood my needs and reason for coming into store. Massive thanks to everyone who made my visit such a pleasure, I’m already looking forward to seeing you all again when I come to collect my new glasses!
