  My Honest review on david lloyd If your thinking of joining The Good the Bad & the Ugly... Lets go through the cons first Reception has 0 clue on any offers/ anything to do with your membership,they often give out wrong times/wrong information very embarrasing being stuck at the gates after they invited a guest free for farthers day even after showing the email They dont always alow you to use your free guest membership Even just to go in for a coffee/something to eat The out door pool has been max capacity the last 4 times we went all day we didnt even get outside for 2 minutes You will be thrown out of the indoor pool when they have random lessons/aqua/training you can not wait on the side You will feel very on edge of when your going to be thrown out The indoor baby pool is often at max capacity Do not rely on the app it is often not updated Kids are not allowed in the outdoor pool much if at all even if stated on the ap when its not to busy they will take life guard off & wont put them back on They will mislead you to sign up, i have evidence of this & have informed the management who only applogised There have been times waits for food have been over 2 hours, they do run out of food alot, kids meals are limited for a health gym ice cream or a cookie isnt a great choice Less sun beds. Way to many members for the building, as a member i was refused entry twice as the club was to busy with no refund just a sorry we cant allow any one else in they will still take your money If you even think about leaving its very unlikely they will allow this, even pausing your membership is difficult so good luck if you have a baby become ill, loose your job or just want to priorotise your familes meals & essentials simply being not able to afford it is not a good enough reson to leave In short you will feel very on edge it depends who is there on the day if you are even allowed in the club,if there is food avalible if the random swim session will close the pool, ive personally seen mothers with babys sat on the side not allowed in the baby pool because of a lesson witch again wasnt on the app. Guests can be a nightmare to get in, even just to sit in the clubroom they wont allow it Good points with a mix The food is great The gym is well stocked The spa is lovely (although the jacuzzi is always broken) The manager is actually very helpfull Its free parking The out door pool is lovely when able to acsess it The clubs are Good! Tennis ect Sadly the bad out weighs the good for me, being made to feel like your stuck isnt nice even after explaing my situation ( witch is also medical) of being unable to afford this anymore they will keep you on contract its tough sh*t.. very embarrasing having to prove you cant afford it,the facilites are beautifull cant fault them the management are terrible Be very carefull if your a adult on your own go for it! But if you have children be prepaired to be thrown out,not able to take them swimming waste your time ect it was much better back 10 years ago to now ..

  I joined recently and did my PT sessions with PT Scott. I couldn’t have asked for a better PT, he is incredibly genuine and is great at what he does! Before starting them I wasn’t sure and was nervous but he filled me with confidence and his programmes are excellent and I bought weekly sessions to continue . I would 100% recommend him

  Minimum contract period passed... Requested to cancel and I should tell them what pets I have, what the last thing I watched on netflix, what I had for dinner last night.... This is sarcasm but seriously asking for my bank statements as proof I'm allowed to cancel when I have every right to cancel BECAUSE I WANT TO CANCEL... The fact you think this is acceptable is a joke and doesn't deserve a star... One step away from a security clearance interview where they ask you what porn you watch just so you can cancel and stop paying them.

  Paul gave a very informative and helpful tour of the club and clearly explained all of the features and benefits well, without being pushy or salesy. I was very happy to sign up same day and start enjoying the benefits.
