After the Cheapside branch staff had failed correctly to centre the near-vision part of my varifocal lens, the Warwick branch staff retested my eyesight and sent my new glasses back to get the lenses done properly this time. Regrettably my glasses came back with the lenses the wrong way round: ie, left prescription lens in the right frame, right prescription lens in the left frame. If these people cannot even get that right, they should not be employed as opticians. I shall never use Vision Express again, and I strongly advise others similarly.
