  great eye test but even better customer service, i felt something wasn’t right with my glasses had them adjusted, still felt they weren’t quite right and i believe her name was abigail, very kind lady with brown square glasses, she has a very good eye for detail and noticed they really weren’t correct and was able to make them perfect with the teams help, very thankful:)

  Cannot praise the service I received over Saturday and Sunday. Carolina managed to find the lenses that matched my prescription and got the technician to make them up the same day in store for me as she knew they were urgent. Got referred for cataract surgery on Saturday and had appointment sent to me on Monday for two weeks time. Absolutely amazing, I have been going to this Vision Express in Stratford Upon Avon for over 14 years. Always professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much.
