I needed an appointment as I thought I had damaged my eye and fortunately managed to get a quick appointment. I had all the relevant tests, each were clearly explained as was the outcome, which was thankfully positive. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend Rugby Vision Express more highly.

Excellent Service, I turned up to my appointment 1 hour early And they were so accommodating. I was seen virtually straight away. My eye test etc was effortless and all the staff were so helpful and friendly, Sunny was an absolute diamond. I would definitely recommend even though not the cheapest it was definitely worth the experience and I will certainly return.

Great service for the specs repair! Took less than 2 hours and my frames are as good as new! Can’t beat free repair and the quality of work was great! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back the next time I need to see an optician or get new frames.

Booked appointment weeks in advance. Supposed to be 11am but now 35 minutes late and counting. No apology/explanation.

I have been using Vision Express, Rugby since 1998. The eyesight tests and service are always to the highest standard. Simon (the boss/franchisee) is friendly and approachable and ensures his staff meet his high standards of customer care.
