- UAU Aimen3 days ago5.0Came here for the second time to get some new glasses. Staff are very welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. Special shoutout to the optometrist Sahdat and one of the optical assistants (I think her name was Sian) 😊 I will be back soon!
- GGGKOct 17, 20261.0Extremely disappointing service and lack of professionalism. What was most frustrating, however, was how the optometrists and staff interacted with children. They showed complete lack of empathy and warm communication. Instead of making my child feel comfortable and relaxed, they spoke to him as if he were an adult, rushing to get quick answers without a smile or any patience. It is certainly not a child-friendly practice, and we will not be returning
- KHkuba huebnerOct 16, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service – a huge thank you to Agnieszka and the whole team! We had such a wonderful experience at Vision Express in Leamington Spa! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. A very special thank you goes to Agnieszka, who was absolutely fantastic! She was exceptionally patient, kind and helpful throughout our visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with every decision. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely cares so much about their customers and goes above and beyond to help. Agnieszka is a real credit to Vision Express, and her outstanding customer service deserves recognition! A massive thank you to the whole team for making our experience so positive and stress-free. We couldn’t recommend Vision Express Leamington Spa highly enough! If you’re visiting, you’re in excellent hands – especially with Agnieszka! 👏❤️
