  The service provided by the optician was exceptional, characterized by their pleasant demeanor and extensive knowledge. I anticipate returning for future services. My new glasses are truly outstanding.

  Generally friendly service, but poorly organised and a person who works there was Quite rude to me on my second appointment. First I was called and asked if I was the parent or guardian of myself several times. I am 31 years old. Then upon arrival I was told I should have got there 20 minutes earlier, I was not told about this over the phone or one of the text messages sent out , and one of the people was quite rude to me about it. I was never told to arrive 20 minutes early and in any case why not set the appointment for 20 minutes earlier. This information should also be sent with the reminder text messages. The third appointment I was told that I should have brought my glasses as I needed to take contact lenses out. Again, I was not told about this, . Very poorly organised and some rude treatment from what used to be a great opticians. I will get a few more months supply of contact lenses, but I will likely be cancelling this subscription due to the poor experience and will likely not use this branch of Vision Express again any time soon
