  “FIVE STARS 🌟” for the Outstanding Customer Service from Kieran at Specsavers Coventry Arena shopping centre.. I am unable to praise Kieran at Specsavers highly enough! From the moment he started assisting me, his professionalism, kindness, patience and genuine willingness to help were absolutely exceptional - he understood straight away my urgent needs for my damaged glasses frame to be fixed ASAP as I use them for driving and I was far away from home!! Kieran went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I received the very best service. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire experience smooth, enjoyable and completely stress-free. What truly stood out was his genuine care for the customer. He didn’t just do his job — he went the extra mile to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. It’s rare these days to come across someone who takes such pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Kieran is an absolute credit to Specsavers, and I sincerely hope his hard work, dedication and exceptional attitude are recognised and appreciated by the management team. People like Kieran are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others. Thank you so much, Kieran! You truly exceeded all my expectations and turned an ordinary visit into a fantastic experience. Specsavers is incredibly lucky to have you! FIVE STARS simply aren’t enough!!

  Tried to contact via email and never got the courtesy of a reply . Phoned and spoke to someone who said they’d call back - they didn’t . Tried again today and they said ‘hope fully’ someone will ring me back - surprise surprise - they didn’t ! My advice, take your money elsewhere !

  Appalling after-care and shameful customer service Do not trust this store. They are only interested in you when they want to make money, but once they have your cash, their customer service completely disappears. Less than a year ago, I paid a premium price of around £190 for two pairs of rimless glasses. Recently, the arm on one pair became loose and unstable. When I went back to the store to claim a repair under warranty, the counter staff immediately tried to put me off because they were "too busy." The girl at the counter told me there was a 30-minute wait, clearly hoping I would leave. When I agreed to wait, she looked panicked and turned to the store manager for help. He unhelpfully reiterated the wait time and claimed it would be a 30-minute wait "any time" I came back. I left, returned later, and agreed to wait. After 10 minutes, a female assistant came over to help, but before I could even explain the issue, the store manager aggressively intervened. He held my glasses for literally two seconds, asked zero questions, and immediately dismissed it as "accidental damage"—charging me £40 for a replacement arm. The glasses are barely used, in near-new condition, and this is clearly a manufacturing defect, but he refused to listen or even let the repair staff inspect them properly. The manager's attitude was terrible, and the entire team made me feel completely unwanted. It is shameful that they do not honour their product commitments. I will be telling everyone I know never to use Specsavers. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

  Really poor service. Waited 13 days to collect everyday and sports glasses for my son. Told they would be in together. Go to collect today. No sports glasses. When the manufacturer was called it turns out "the order wasn't accepted" although no explanation as to why not could be given, so I believe the order wasn't actually submitted (this is due to the fact he couldn't find the order and I had to tell him what ones we had ordered) When challenged on why this wasn't picked up, all that could be said was sorry it's our fault. No checks are in place to make sure external lab orders are actually in process. Now we are having to wait for a 'rush' order. Shocking service. It's not the first issue we've had either. 2 weeks ago my husband attended for an eye appointment. We were there 2.5 hours and no eye test carried out because they decided to put eye drops in and do a scan before doing an eye test. Which meant he then couldn't have the test done. The scan should have been done after the eye test so that could go ahead. The place was heaving and running over an hour late so I believe they scanned first so they didn't have to do the eye test as they couldn't keep up with the appointments. Honestly absolutely shocking service from here.
