  Contacted Amplifon through website requesting clarification on a product, but received no reply. Attempted to contact Swansea store direct to cancel appointment, but no email or text address available. As a hearing centre, why do they assume their customers with hearing problems are comfortable with voice calls?

  I have visited the store on 3 separate occasions in the last few weeks,Vicki has helped me on the 3 occasions.I recently had a new phone and my hearing aids have been disconnecting.I found Vicki to be extremely helpful on the 3 occasions I visited. She was very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She was very patient in going through the app on my phone to reconnect my aids.I would have no hesitation in recommending Vicki to friends and family.

  I questioned on my last post about customer service. I retract my comments because Amplifon customer service got in contact with me and we.came to an amicable conclusion. I have had my hearing test and consultation and I am very happy with the customer care and service that I received. I value my hearing aids and would definitely recommend people to consider Amplifon to achieve a clear and good quality hearing result and after care.
