  Turned up today (Saturday) at 5:45pm went to hand in my prescription and was told that I would have to wait until TUESDAY!!! as they have no staff. Absolutely ridiculous. Would have given them no stars, but it won't let me.

  Would have been a five if the med was there but im writing this reveiw because of how well one of the staff and manager resolved the problem and how well they stayed calm and dealt whith myself even though i wasnt aggressive but i wasnt happy as many others wouldnt be. Just want to say well done and thank you for going that bit further excellent customer skills.Its how everyoneshould be treated if possible.

  Not very helpful, tried calling about a subscription they had wrongly labelled, took 15 minutes to get through then once I got through they couldn’t work it out so cut me off
