  Sophie was so lovely, kind & efficient over an admin error caused for my daughter over her contact lenses prescription that I moved my records here from another branch . When I came for my first check up the optician Harry was again very kind, empathetic & professional that I was very glad to have changed to this branch. Second to none customer service .

  Staff were very helpful and friendly. I went because of a bleed below my eye but after my eye test, the optician reassured me that there was nothing to worry about.
