  On time, very nice optometrist, helpful and explained everything very well. Very helpful member of staff to talk through my options for some new specs. All in all a good and useful experience.

  Originally i had to wait sometime to be called in for my eye test. I hadcto remind them i was there as i think i had been forgotten. However, once i was called in i went through fairly quickly. Then Tom was very helpful in choosing my glasses and options. So, i was very happy with that service.

  Hello. On April 14, 2026, I placed an order with you for second-generation Ray-Ban glasses with photochromic lenses, with home delivery. I live in Evesham. How long do I need to wait? The salesperson told me it would take 2 days, максимум 3 дня, but I still haven’t received the glasses. Today is already April 21.
