Set inside the former Victorian Claybury Hospital, the restoration stays true to the original architecture. Vaulted ceilings, old stonework & an 18m pool inside the former chapel. The sauna feels like an old confession room, while the jacuzzi has the feel of being inside a giant holy water font waiting to be baptised. Plenty of room in the weights area too, with squat racks, bikes & running machines up on the mezzanine. Pete gave us a detailed tour, took time to walk us through everything & made the whole place easy to picture as part of our routine. We signed up immediately. Lisa at the front desk always gives a warm welcome. Thanks Guys!
- HKH KMay 18, 20264.0Quite nice, enjoyed the sauna and steam room and pool. Could be cleaner to be honest and the spa didnt work neither did the hot showers both in pool area and changing rooms. But the area is beautiful and relaxing.
