- GGGeorgeMay 5, 20261.0Full of youths some go as young as 10 most are 14-15yo. They gang up on the bench and dont leave it for hours and not putting weights back at their place after. They are not meant to do heavy weights at this age, the gym feeds off this.

I was greeted at reception by Phil who was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. The event was amazing and was very well organized. The instructors that led the session were brilliant! Once the session had finished, I was offered a free drink by Clara and Max who were very nice and asked me how the session went and if I enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend coming to this centre, as me and my husband were very impressed with our experience and the brilliant customer service at reception.
