  I had such a wonderful experience right from the start, being warmly greeted on arrival. The spa itself was amazing and definitely my favourite part — especially the fire and ice room. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and welcoming, making it the perfect place for me to unwind. A special thank you to Tayla, who went above and beyond, especially as it was my first time visiting. She made sure everything was spot on, showed me where everything was, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout my visit. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. Danielle, the spa host, was also fantastic — friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit.

  Angela (PT) has honestly been brilliant. She pushes you but in a way that still feels supportive and realistic. Each session is different and always explains the ‘why’. I’ve felt so much stronger and fitter since training with her. My confidence in using the machines and doing floor work has greatly improve. 100% would recommend.

  Joined the gym at 16 weeks pregnant a bit anxious of what I could and couldn’t do, after some PT sessions with Stuart I have felt totally at ease. 3 months on from joining in feeling fit and strong 29 weeks pregnant and with a plan I can follow getting me to the gym 4 times a week. Stuart really put the work in to research current guidance and was the right balance of careful and motivational, other trainers had been a bit scared off by pregnancy so I really appreciated his informed and confident approach.

  Absolutely love this David Lloyd in Brooklands. I was also gifted 3 PT sessions with Stuart who was amazing! He clearly knew everything I needed to do to make sure I was safely working out in pregnancy, which made me feel really comfortable and he gave me lots of exercises to keep doing through the rest of pregnancy 😊🙌🏼

  Brooklands is a great gym, facilities are excellent and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend Stuart - he listened to exactly what I needed, did a few strength tests and put together a bespoke plan for me based on my ongoing back issues, which has helped strengthen my back and core. He is a brilliant PT, and lovely guy!
