- MAmehmet alkanMay 16, 20261.0Absolutely the worst. This leisure centre are stingy! The pool is freezing! even in cold weather. My kids ended up with a temperature because of the cold pool. Showers are useless, they have purposely got very little cold water coming out. You may as well bring your hose pipe, took me about 20 mins to get the shampoo out. Also I raised this with the life guard and they dismiss you. Will not be coming back here. Stop being stingy and put the temperature properly đź‘Ť

Wejście wydawało się ok, przebieralnie brudne i nie chodzi o kamień z wody, poprostu brud. Woda w basenie zimna, prysznice wołają o pomstę do nieba. Z czystym sumieniem nie polecam pływania w tym miejscu

It’s been extremely difficult to get through for enquiries, as the landline is rarely answered, which makes it frustrating to plan visits or get basic information. Clear and reliable communication is essential for customers, and this really needs improvement. I hope the centre takes steps to address this, as it would make a big difference to the overall experience.
