  We had a fantastic experience visiting The Bushey Club. The facilities were by far the best we’ve seen and Hava was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel very comfortable with no pressure at all. Thank you again for such a positive experience.

  Me and my mum came to have a tour and had a few questions about the membership, we spoke to hava on the phone and she was amazing we booked a tour with her then she was so friendly and professional with the tour she asked loads of questions and was lovely overall thank you!

  It's a nice club, plenty of parking, staff are friendly and the best bit is definitely the tennis and padel social classes. Room for improvement regarding updating and upgrading facilities like the trunks dryer, showers only have shower gel and not shampoo or conditioner, and it would be nice to see some of the food options extended to include halal versions like the chicken and steak.

  Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I have now been dealing with this situation for over 6 weeks and I am honestly shocked by how badly this company treats people once they have your money. When I joined, I was clearly told that I had a 14-day cooling-off period and could cancel if I was not satisfied. Within that period, I contacted the club multiple times (31 March, 1 April and 2 April) requesting cancellation. My messages were completely ignored. Only after the deadline passed did somebody suddenly reply telling me I was “outside the cancellation period”. Convenient. What makes this even worse is that before I asked to cancel, I was receiving replies within minutes whenever they thought they might make more money from me. The moment I wanted to leave, all communication stopped. Since then, I have sent countless follow-up emails and have been repeatedly ignored for weeks. No proper response, no accountability, nothing. A week ago, the club publicly replied to my review asking me to email them again with my membership number so they could “look into the issue”. I emailed them again TWICE exactly as requested — and once again received absolutely no response at all. At this point, it honestly feels like the public responses are written purely for appearance while customers are ignored privately. Meanwhile, the company publicly replies to reviews claiming issues have been “resolved”, which is simply not true. My issue has NOT been resolved, I have NOT received proper communication, and I am still being chased for charges despite requesting cancellation within the correct timeframe. This is not even about the money anymore. It is about the shocking lack of honesty, accountability, and basic respect towards customers. People should be fully aware of how quickly the attitude changes once you stop being useful to them financially. I will continue sharing my experience publicly because nobody should be treated this way.

  Parking can be somewhat limited at peak times. On one occasion, my car was damaged while parked, with the damage apparently caused by another driver leaving the adjacent space. There was no note left, and reception advised that there is no CCTV coverage of the parking area. Changing rooms are clean and well maintained, and the spa facilities are generally good. Friendly and helpful receptionists. The café service is variable. At busier times, service can be slow, and on occasion orders have not been completed. When raised, staff appeared occupied, and matters were not always resolved promptly. The swimming pool is notably small in relation to the overall scale of the club. In terms of instruction, the tennis sessions I attended were relatively introductory in nature and offered limited individual attention within a group setting. The wider fitness class programme is extensive, though the standard of delivery appears to vary. The booking system does not appear to work consistently, with classes sometimes shown as fully booked in the app, yet appearing only half full when seen in practice. The reformer Pilates area is available at an additional charge beyond membership, and I subsequently returned to an external studio where the structure and consistency better aligned with expectations. Overall, the club offers a broad range of facilities and is generally functional in its provision, though it does not fully and consistently align with what might reasonably be expected of a Tier 1 premium club.
