We’ve never had time for fitness classes etc due to busy careers and have recently moved to the area. Sofia gave us a very warm welcome and was very professional. She explained all the facilities, gave us a detailed tour and really took the time to chat and find out what might suit our new lifestyle without us feeling pressured. The facilities available were excellent and the gym and swimming pool amazing. All the staff we came across on the tour were pleasant - Ethan at reception, cafe, cleaning staff - they all acknowledged us and said hello - I hope they get this feedback too, as it does make a difference. We’re looking forward to returning and thanks again Sofia - you’re a real credit to the team at David Lloyd, Warrington.
