  I had an excellent experience at Vision Express Walton on Thames. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, taking the time to explain each step and answer all my questions. I felt well looked after and have no hesitation in recommending them. I felt a real sense of unity and focus on the importance of customer service by everyone at the store. Their prices are transparent and very competitive for the quality they provide. I found their eyecare plan incredibly helpful, as it allows you to spread the cost of two pairs of glasses over two years, completely interest free. It’s also reassuring to know that they will replace the prescription lenses free of charge if your prescription changes within 15 months. Overall, a fantastic experience from ordering to collection with a huge well done to the whole team — thank you!

  I had a terrible experience at Vision Express in Walton on Thames. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment I walked in — no courtesy, just an attitude. On top of that, their prices are ridiculously high compared to competitors. I’m so glad I decided to shop around instead of going ahead with their quote — I ended up saving myself £510!!! Same prescription, same products elsewhere, massively cheaper. Do yourself a favour: don’t take their word for it. Get other quotes first. This place is seriously overpriced and the customer service is awful.

  I have been a customer of Vision Express in Walton for several years, and overall it has been a reliable place for eyewear. The manager, Teressa, deserves special recognition, she is exceptionally kind and consistently goes out of her way to help customers. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care make every visit a positive experience. Teressa truly embodies what great customer service should be, and she is the reason I continue to return. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the quality of the prescription lenses lately has declined. They scratch far too easily, which is frustrating given the importance of durability in everyday use. This issue would normally have led me to rate Vision Express lower, but Teressa’s outstanding service more than makes up for these shortcomings. Thanks to her dedication, Vision Express in Walton remains a great place for eyewear overall.
