  Amazing centre there is everything you want there and even a Costa!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a very nice place and has lots of lovely seating and swimming and sauna and hot tub and health centre and store and climbing wall and lots of sports courts and gymnastics and much more it's endless and a running track and grand stand and soooooooo much more

  I can honestly say this is the best gym and leisure centre I’ve ever been to. I used to be a member at David Lloyd Raynes Park and several other premium gyms, but this place is by far the best experience I’ve had. The atmosphere, facilities, and overall environment are amazing, but what really makes the difference is the staff and the way members are treated. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares. A special mention to George, who has been absolutely amazing. His attitude, kindness, and customer service go above and beyond and really make this place stand out from every other gym I’ve been to. You can tell he truly cares about the members and creating a positive environment. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

  I’m giving a one star review but for the cleaner Hendry I would give five stars because he is the one who is always working while the other stuff their face in the silver van in the car park and always got bad stuff to say about Henry I can honestly say that Henry does not stop working all the Time, I think they need to look into who’s doing the work and who is trying to skip by the Hours the day, Henry wasn’t there. The men’s changing room was a complete mess. Hoovers left everywhere, dirty Smelly buckets of water just left on the side near the men’s showers Have to take my hat off where it’s due for Henry Because it seems he’s the only one doing the work

  I can’t book any classes because of a wrongful added fine on my account. No one answers the phone to sort this out which means I am missing getting on busy classes on time. Quite frustrating.

  I got a penalty for no t attending a class for no reason, I was there and the gates are constantly not working right / open not obvious if it read the code or not. Now I’m not able to book any classes and no one is answering the phone. The issues is existing for months now. If you don’t have a working entry system, at least let the people still book new classes and sort it out when they get there. Don’t just block them and not answer the phone
