- GPGarth PMay 10, 20261.0Time tables are random and heavily weighted towards swimming lessons. Essentially means i pay for a gym and swimming pool access membership but can only access the gym. Access to the sauna and steam room is also rather random and tied to swimming lessons for some reason

- ESEvie SlimMar 5, 20261.0I went to this gym for 3 weeks at most worst thing ever staff are so rude and don’t communicate properly, Gym set up is awful Treadmills face the opposite way of the televisions and the stair master faces a wall. Staff using the gym are just horrible to be around with a constant judgy look on their face and all staff are extremely young and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I emailed and called to cancel before the next payment was due, yet I have still been charged for an additional full month. Receptionist was unhelpful, blunt and gave no opportunity to understand why I didn’t wish to continue or any support regarding the unwanted renewal. I was told it had to be 14 days in advance. Very happy to take my money even though I wasn’t happy with the facility. As a first time user of the Leisure centre it’s spent that client satisfaction does not seem to be a priority, which had left me disappointed.
