She gave me a fantastic tour of the facilities and made sure I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions without ever feeling pressured. What really stood out was how transparent and genuine she was — she specifically invited me to visit the gym during one of its busiest times so I could make a fair and realistic decision about joining, which I really appreciated. She made sure I know what was available to myself, partner and two children. Scarlett also checked in afterwards to see how my plans were going, which showed how much she genuinely cares about people having the right experience. Excellent customer service, professional, friendly, and an absolute credit to David Lloyd Swindon. Thank you Scarlett!
