- XXx2 days ago4.0overall pretty good, nice staff mostly, nice gym. quite small gym and busy so cant use much equipment sometimes after work. food is ok but gone downhill. but overall decent.
- WOWilliam Owens4 days ago3.0It's clean and the facilities are good. However: 1. The music is irritating, and is everywhere including the gym and quiet work zone. In the gym it is loud enough to blast through personal headphones. 2. Staff seem completely uninterested in people breaking rules, such as overcrowding and rowdiness in the kids pool or soft play areas. 3. There's a culture of people leaving their kids to run around, and no enforcement of standards. 4. The food is expensive but bad. 5. Things you actually want are often overcrowded or oversubscribed. Fair enough in a public leisure centre but when paying a premium subscription, it is reasonable to expect a degree of exclusivity.
