I went for an eye test last Friday and could only have half of the test completed because of computer shutdown. I know this was out of the store’s control but it is disappointing to have to return to have the test completed. Furthermore, I was a little shocked to find out that to have glasses reglazed they now have to send them away, adding an additional £70 yo the cost. The staff in there are always amazing and Kate managed the situation well.

Cindy Harris helped me choose frame, informed me about the vari focal options. Explained the benefits of the additional options. No hard sale, just informative. Overall an excellent experience. I will definitely be going back and continue using the services offered.
