- ICIoana CMar 30, 20261.0Very disappointed with my last experience, I went to change my glasses because the ones recommended a week before were too small for me and I couldn't see well with them, so I spoke to the consultant Mr Carroll and I was advised to choose different glasses who suit me, so I choose different style glasses and just for reading not Varifocals how I was advised first time and after a week when I went to pick up my new glasses the staff gave me my old glasses and said they didn't know anything about the new glasses and that they had nothing in the system about my new glasses. I was very disappointed and will never go back to Specsavers for any service.
