  Very helpful with regard to eye examination, choosing lenses, tint, etc Would have appreciated more specific help with choosing frames that suit my face shape, especially as I know this is something that is on the website. I mentioned this and specifically asked for this advice but was just told to try them on and see.

  Joined this new opticians on the 21st and very helpful. Did a lot of tests for my eyes that my old optician place has never done. Can’t wait to continue to stay in this place hopefully

  I purchased a pair of Armani Exchange frames and had my prescription added with a 92–95% black tint — and they turned out absolutely perfect. The tint is exactly what I wanted and the frames look incredible. The customer service on both of my visits was genuinely outstanding. Friendly, professional, and really focused on making sure everything was done right. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future.

  Staff were helpful and polite. New premises very cramped and no privacy with a lot of chaos unlike when they were based in the shopping centre.
